Senator Meyer, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page                                                             
1218. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                                                                             
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 6(FIN) was adopted and was                                                                            
before the Senate on final passage.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Senators McGuire, Fairclough, Bishop, Giessel, Meyer, Dunleavy,                                                                 
Kelly, Dyson moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as
